1. What We Collect

When you use the justin. Brand Kit, we may collect the following information:

  • Email address — provided when you create an account or check out, used to deliver your brand kit and send transactional emails.
  • Uploaded logo — the image file you submit for analysis. This is stored temporarily to power the AI analysis and generate your brand kit.
  • Payment information — processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles all payment data.

2. How We Use It

We use the information we collect to operate the Service — specifically to analyze your logo, generate your brand kit, process your payment, and deliver your results by email. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Uploaded logos and generated assets for free-tier users are automatically deleted after 7 days. For paid users, brand kit assets are retained for as long as your account is active so you can re-access your results. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.

4. Third-Party Services

We work with a small number of trusted third-party providers to run the Service:

  • Stripe — handles payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Claude AI (Anthropic) — powers the logo analysis and brand generation. Uploaded images are sent to Anthropic's API for processing.
  • Vercel — hosts the Service infrastructure. Subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.
  • Resend — delivers transactional emails (brand kit delivery, receipts). Subject to Resend's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your data to any of these providers or to any third party.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To request account deletion or a copy of your data, please reach out through the contact page. We will process your request promptly.
