3. Intellectual Property

Any logo or brand assets you upload remain your property at all times. We claim no ownership over your original files. AI-generated assets produced by the Service — including color palettes, font recommendations, and brand guidelines — are licensed to you for unlimited commercial use with no restrictions. You may use, modify, and distribute these generated assets freely.

4. Payment

Certain features of the Service require a one-time payment. All sales are final. Because brand kit deliverables are digital goods that are made available immediately upon generation, we do not offer refunds once the brand kit has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

5. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that results will meet every expectation.
